Our policy lasts for 30 days from the received date. Return/refund shall be only be granted on the following instances:

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  2. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags intact, unwashed and unused.

  3. You did not receive the order or you received an incomplete product.

  4. You received the wrong product or with physical damage.

 

However, returns/refunds due to change of mind will not be accepted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately items bought during sale period with special sale price cannot be refunded.
To return your product, you can email us at shop@indio.ph or chat us via messenger so we can provide you necessary details. Shipping costs (non-refundable) for returning your item will be shouldered by the customer.

If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of shipping and other processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Processing time may vary depending on your place of delivery.
