Customer requests for exchange shall be only be granted on the following instances:
- If the items are defective or damaged or your received a wrong product.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging, with tags intact, unwashed and unused.
Exchange due to change of mind will be accepted.
Only regular priced items may be allowed for exchange. Items bought during sale period with sale price cannot be exchanged.
To return your product, you can email us at shop@indio.ph or chat us via messenger so we can provide you necessary details. Shipping costs (non-refundable) for returning your item will be shouldered by the customer.
Processing time may vary depending on your place of delivery.
